How to play Sequence Memory

The AWTKANAPOLI guide to Sequence Memory starts with first-round orientation. Your task is to repeat every shown position in order. A wrong position ends the current session. Use the controls below and follow the example to get started.

First-round orientation

Before playing, identify the objective and the input controls. Use your first round to learn what changes after a valid action.

Your goal

Repeat every shown position in order. A wrong position ends the current session.

Step by step

  1. Choose Start again to begin.
  2. Watch each highlighted pad without clicking.
  3. When the game says Your turn, tap the pads in the same order.
  4. A correct sequence leads to a longer round.

Controls

Use the on-screen controls with a mouse or touch.

A useful example

For a sequence 2, 7, 2, tap pad 2, then 7, then 2 again. Repeated positions still count.

Watch out for this

The task is to remember order, not just which pads appeared.
